Working in our busy 24/7 RAC Accident Services Contact Centre, whereby safety and delivering exceptional service is paramount. On a daily basis you will be ready to receive inbound calls from our customers, calling to notify us that they have been involved in a road traffic incident and would like to report a claim and require our assistance.
