Detailed Job Description

WeWork offers companies of all sizes the opportunity to reimagine employees’ days through refreshing design, engaging community, and benefits for all.

Location: near Temple underground station, London.

Full job description (including responsibilities)

  1. Manage maintenance requests via ticketing platform
  2. Generate maintenance ticket reports
  3. Coordinate Field staff work schedules
  4. Coordinate delivery of maintenance equipment and supplies
  5. Coordinate and schedule trash removal as required
  6. Coordinate ad hoc HQ projects as needed
  7. Meet with third-party contractors and coordinate efforts to provide service.

Working Monday-Friday, 9 am to 6 pm.

Requirements and Prospects

Qualifications required

  1. Five GCSE grades C – A* (or 4-9), including Maths and English.
  2. Ideally, we are looking for recent school leavers and non-graduates for the role.

  2. Passion for entrepreneurial communities
  3. Be calm under pressure, able to manage time and competing priorities
  4. Be confident with technology
  5. Be well organised, methodical, flexible and adaptable to changing needs

  1. Be able to work with minimum supervision and prioritise an ever-changing workload.
  2. Passion and understanding for WeWork’s mission and values.

Future prospects

  1. A full-time opportunity may be available if the candidate excels in the role.
  2. A higher level apprenticeship available following successful completion of the initial apprenticeship, with WhiteHat.
