General duties to include; Mucking out Turning out/bringing in Tack cleaning Tacking up Feeding Filling hay nets Clipping/pulling/plaiting/trimming Bathing Rug changing Paddock maintenance Schooling Riding First aid Exercising horses from the ground (lunging, horse walker, long reining, pessoa training etc.) Holding for vet/farrier/dentist

Qualifications required

To be able to complete Functional skills at L1

Skills required

Some Horse Care Experience is essential

Personal Qualities

Hardworking, keen and a willingness to learn new skills and happy to travel to national and International events

Future prospects

A full time position on completion of apprenticeship
