Main duties: Reception duties- answering the incoming client lines, taking and passing telephone messages and passing the calls to the relevant team member via our internal phone line system. Reviewing internal google docs, and updated to track work load. Data input- both into our CRM System and Excel Information gathering- i.e. sourcing contact details for prospects with the view to be added into the database Importing/ exporting and merging whole data in to clients CRM systems Pulling appointment reports from the CRM system and formatting these- using word Exporting calls from our online platform and saving into our shared drive Support the HR/ Operation Manager compile information to become complaint for GDPR Filling/ organising hard copies of office documents Input information into our online tracking platform for team hours- with the view to be able to create the templates for these once more experienced
