Letting and Property Management is our expertise and our landlord services include marketing and referencing a tenant to rent collection or fully managed arrangement to suit your individual requirements. Our properties range from 1 bed flats/apartments to 2, 3 or 4 bed houses
Working with the business owner as an admin assistant, initially answering calls, and making appointments.
Progressing to dealing with enquiries about available properties.
The main work is logging and dealing with property maintenance matters and ensuring that we have approval from the landlords for any quoted work prior to organising repairs.
The role is multi faceted and will lead to loading properties on to the website which then uploads to the property portals such as Rightmove and Zoopla.
The role is primarily about managing customer expectatations, and being computer literate would be an advantage.
As an Apprentice you will be included on a Level 2 Business Administration Qualification. Your Qualification will be delivered by an Award Winning Training Provider who will support your learning and development throughout your Apprenticeship. This will involve a regional Trainer coming to visit you on a regular basis to deliver the training and guide you through your Apprenticeship.

Apprenticeship frameworks and standards are aimed at developing skills within the Apprentices’ chosen career route, each standards has set knowledge, skills and behaviours required to be successful within the job role.
This will include the completion of functional skills in Maths and English. Once the apprentice has completed a minimum of 12 months training and the employer and Babcock regional trainer confirm they have met all the requirements of the standard they will be put through to end point assessment. The end point assessment is independent from the training and includes a variety of assessment methods which test the skills and knowledge of the apprentice to ensure they are fully competent in their role.
Each Apprentice will be supported throughout the apprenticeship by a structured programme of teaching, e-learning, face to face training and workplace mentoring; this will encourage and help them to meet the requirements of the new standards and will prepare them for the end of point assessment.
What is required is a high level of integrity and responsibility to do every job to the best of your ability. Your ability to relate to and communicate with customers is of absolute importance. Customers are gold and must always be treated as such.
It could develop into a permanent full time well paid job if that is what the apprentice wishes.
