Parker House is one of three Global Technology centres, managing and supporting IT Operations for Europe, Asia and Latin America. The PC Support function is a role within the Computer Operations Department. As the first point of contact for PC issues, this individual needs to learn to manage priorities and quickly react to customer needs. This person will interact with varied IT technical levels and skills within the Business and needs to be able to adjust their communication depending on the person they are interacting with.
