Interested in working in the Hospitality industry? This vacancy will give you the opportunity to learn all aspects of hospitality service and how to work effectively in this industry.

Tasks and duties of the role may include:

Serving breakfasts and evening meals

Serving teas and coffees

Blending meals when required

Preparing desserts to serve

Setting up for breakfasts or evening meals

Helping out on Reception and serving on residents only bar (if old enough)

The hotel is closed for three months from January to April, but you will be retained during that period and given other work to do: helping with marketing and cleaning + renovation work around the building.

We are looking for an individual with a high level of customer service skill with an interest in the hospitality sector. You must be prepared to learn, be hardworking and posses an excellent telephone manner.

4 GCSE’s at Grades A-D, or equivalent.

Must attain a Level 1 on the initial assessment at College.

NVQ Level 2 Hospitality Services

Technical Certificate Level 2 in Hospitality Services

Functional Skills Level 1 in English and Maths

Full time position on completion of Apprenticeship.
