Description
The Grand St Leger currently requires an Apprentice Web Administrator to join their workforce and gain a nationally recognised qualification in Business & Administration.
You will be a key player in keeping the social media pages relevant and updated, ensuring the reach of the Hotel expands not only locally but across the country and afar, attracting new customers and clientele.
The Hotel has recently undergone extensive refurbishment and been elegantly restored making this Grade II listed building the most desirable hotel in Doncaster; this is a very exciting time to join us on our journey and begin your career in Hospitality
As an Apprentice Web Administrator your duties will include;
• Updating social media accounts - Facebook, Instagram, Twitter and Snapchat;
• Optimizing search engine results/Google AdWords;
• Book keeping and record management
• General Administrative such duties such as filing, responding to e-mail communications and answering telephone queries
• Distributing information;
• Assisting the general manager.
As an Apprentice you will be included on a business and administration qualification. Your qualification will be delivered by an Award Winning Training Provider who will support your learning and development throughout your Apprenticeship. This will involve a Vocational Learning Advisor coming to visit you on a regular basis to deliver the training and guide you through your Apprenticeship.

You will be tech savvy, able to navigate social media platforms and have an eye for detail.
In order to reach as many customers as possible you will need to be creative and able to draw attention easily using social media.
General admin duties will be part of the role and therefore a professional approach to work is a must.
Face to face communication as well as meeting with the public will be a daily occurrence therefore excellent people skills, communication skills and organizational skill are of particular interest to us

On successful completion of your apprenticeship you will gain a nationally recognised qualification which can be added to your CV and is recognised by employers.
