Main Duties include: Answering and transferring incoming callsTaking and passing on messagesEntering and updating information on our client databaseSaving correspondence and updating client notesTyping up and sending out reportsFilingPreparing and sending quotations via email and postSupporting Contracts Manager and Maintenance Team with administrative assistanceProvide administrative support to the Office Manager and Managing Director as needed Holiday entitlement: 28 days including bank holidays

The opportunity to gain a recognised qualification as well the opportunity to be kept on after the apprenticeship is completed.
City and Guilds full Standard level 2 & 3 QCF apprenticeship, including Functional Skills (Numeracy and Literacy) and full Technical Certificate, employer and employee rights and responsibilities, personal learning and thinking. All training and assessments delivered on employer site
