Description
We will give you the skills to develop and deliver strategic savings onto blue chip clients; this is an excellent opportunity for the right candidate. You will also be trained in accounts, expediting, order acknowledgement and accounts help desk. This is a great position for the right candidate as it will give an insight into how the company works and also provides the opportunity to learn a variety of tasks within a friendly office.
Role Highlights
Answering emails, phone calls and the taking and relaying of messages to staff members,
Processing and filing incoming mail,Liaising with staff,
Monitoring and sorting of staff contracts,
You will provide administrative support to ensure efficient operation of the office,
You will support managers and employees through a variety of tasks related to organisation and communication.
