You will also be trained in accounts, expediting, order acknowledgement and accounts help desk. Answering emails, phone calls and the taking and relaying of messages to staff members,
Processing and filing incoming mail,Liaising with staff,
Monitoring and sorting of staff contracts,
You will provide administrative support to ensure efficient operation of the office,
You will support managers and employees through a variety of tasks related to organisation and communication.
