The purpose of a Health and Social Care Apprentice is to undertake support worker duties. The aim of this role is to work with clients in all aspects of daily living (physical care as well as personal and emotional needs).

Detailed Job Description

  • To ensure domestic standards are maintained including Food Hygiene Standards, meal preparation, cleaning, laundry and shopping
  • To assist in the smooth running of the agency, being part of a team. And promote a warm, caring and safe therapeutic environment
  • Assist in the support and practical provision of the Individual Support Plans for each service user
  • Ensure all key duties that are part of care reviews are undertaken on a daily basis

prospect of full time permanent position with commitment to progress to Level 3.
