Description

The candidate will report directly to the Executive Chef Hylton Espey and Will O’Shea. The applicants will be trained on recipes, techniques and kitchen management and will be required to perform tasks with skill and enthusiasm.

Achieving the advanced Apprenticeship will enable you to:

This Apprenticeship has been designed to enable learners to progress directly into employment in the hospitality industry as a supervisor/manager. This course will also suit existing supervisors/managers wishing to enhance their career prospects or to progress onto further study.
Please note that hours may vary between 30 - 40 hours per week. Salary is negotiable depending upon experience. Candidates must be flexible to work weekends, breakfast and dinner.
