To assist in the effective running of the Bodyblitz Gym. To improve business efficiency and productivity.
This role requires administrative and customer service skills within a commercial gym environment.
Main Responsibilities
Act as first point of contact for visitors and service users to Bodyblitz Gym
Process fees at reception desk
Checking memberships to ensure all fees are paid
Completion of gym inductions for new members
Work to target of selling new memberships and products
Recording of takings
Corresponding via Facebook to members or new potential customers regarding gym facilities or memberships
Generating advertisements for Bodyblitz gym and other promotional material
Organisation of paperwork in reception
Ensure hard copies of membership details are stored efficiently
Ensure Bodyblitz gym is clean, tidy and safe storage of kit
Merchandising of Bodyblitz gym products to raise sales
Undertake any additional duties as requested by your manager or owner of Bodyblitz
Personal development plan to be adhered to including attendance of all training courses.

As an Apprentice you will be included on a Active Leisure Qualification. Your Qualification will be delivered by an Award Winning Training Provider who will support your learning and development throughout your Apprenticeship. This will involve a Vocational Learning Advisor coming to visit you on a regular basis to deliver the training and guide you through your Apprenticeship.
