Detailed Job Description

  • Update and upload jobs on to pebble and keep the internal website up to date
  • Assist in advertising roles across job boards & Social Media
  • Assist in conducting initial pre-screens / booking in interviews and sending confirmations to candidates
  • Send out new starter surveys to the new starters and collate the feedback monthly
  • Assist in sourcing a talent pool of drivers 3.5tn /7.5tn / warehouse operatives throughout Cleaning & Safety locations using social media / job boards and CV database
  • Assist with recruitment open days/ assessment centres
  • Update spread sheets (Recruitment advert costs on a monthly basis)
  • Provide adequate holiday cover across the Recruitment department
  • General administrative duties
  • Undertake HR ad hoc tasks/projects as and when required

Requirements and Prospects

Qualifications required

Maths & English Grade C/5 or above desirable

Skills required

  • Must demonstrate self-motivation and a drive to succeed
  • Must be willing to learn and be comfortable with change
  • Must be proactive and show commitment
  • Excellent communication and written skills
  • Quickly build relationship over the phone
  • Ability to multi-task.Excellent Computer skills - Microsoft word, Excel, Office and PowerPoint
