This role will include within other aspects after training :
IT back office support , assisting in anything IT such as setting up scanners , printers , internet , assisting in any other tasks given by your superior related to IT.
GCSE English and Maths C (4) and above or Functional Skills Level 2 English and Maths.
However, if you have one of these subjects at a D (3) you can still apply but you must be prepared to undertake Functional Skills Level 2 at the Academy during your IT Apprenticeship.
An Interest in IT and Computers.
However, this can be self taught as you don’t need to have done a GCSE or BTEC in Computers / ICT to apply.
Good future prospects with the prospect of a permanent contract with client at the end of your Level 3 Advanced IT Apprenticeship.
Apart from on the job training you will also on successful completion you will obtain 4 Microsoft Technology Accreditation’s as well as a Level 3 Advanced IT Apprenticeship which equivalent to 2 ”A” Levels and UCAS point.
