Description
- Provide clerical assistance to personnel at all levels, interfacing with Company systems to ensure that local site transactions are recorded in a timely and accurate manner, supporting the Site Administration team.
- Collate, record and input all relevant employee pay and attendance details into the Company payroll system.
- Daily, weekly and monthly recording of all Production and internal movements within Dry Processing ensuring transactions are recorded in a timely and accurate manner to allow UKP personnel to use this information with confidence.
- Calculation of production tonnages and maintain accurate stock information.
- Administer product despatches to customers by providing correct documentation and following local procedures.
- Process purchasing requirements for the site, including liaison with the purchasing team and local buying as appropriate following the defined company guidelines.
- Management and replenishment of site consumables.
