We currently require two Hospitality Apprentices to join our workforce and complete an Apprenticeship in Hospitality - Hospitality Team Member Level 2.
As a Hospitality Apprentice you will be working the front counter of the shop ensuring customers encounter the best possible experience when dining at Crest of the Wave.
Your duties will include;
Meeting and greeting customers
Taking food orders
Taking telephone orders
Food preparation
Maintain the cleanliness of the kitchen, the front counter and your work area
Taking payments - till training
Fridge stock and rotation
As an Apprentice you will be included on a hospitality qualification. Your qualification will be delivered by an Award Winning Training Provider who will support your learning and development throughout your Apprenticeship. This will involve a Vocational Learning Advisor coming to visit you on a regular basis to deliver the training and guide you through your Apprenticeship.
