They have an exciting opportunity for an apprentice to join their compliance team.
You will handle enquiries relating to quality assurance and compliance activities efficiently and effectively in line with IMI procedures.
You will be required to update and maintain IMI systems and complete ad-hoc tasks as required by the Compliance Coordinator or Compliance Manager.
Key Responsibilities:
Providing Administrative Support (70%)
• Handle enquiries and matters relating to compliance activities efficiently and effectively in accordance with IMI and regulatory requirements.
• Provide basic support to centres using IMI systems, including Centres Hub and QLMS
• Ensure information is updated and maintained on the appropriate internal system.
• Help collate data for reports and provide data to relevant internal / external stakeholders (i.e. SOE, DVSA, BD or EQA Team).
Submit regulatory statistics in line with requirements.
• Format and amend documentation as required.
• Raise invoices for approval applications as appropriate.
• Logging and invoicing centres for EQA extra visit days.
• Booking and arranging meetings.
• Support EQA/BD teams with centre issues (i.e. Centres Hub accessibility, form closure/actions/general queries) and manage unsolved issues as required.
• Ensure centre agreements are in place for each approved centre, monitoring and chasing on a monthly basis.
• Support centre re-approval process administration.
• Provide support to the Compliance Coordinator as requested.
• Provide support to the Quality Assurance Coordinator as requested. Monitoring Compliance (30%)
• Support the Compliance Manager in the delivery of compliance activities and departmental objectives as required.
• Carry out basic (desktop) monitoring activities using IMI systems (e.g. Centres Hub, Perception etc.) as requested and report findings to the Compliance Coordinator or Compliance Manager.
• Check centres’ and other organisations’ websites, promotional material etc. for misrepresentation of IMI qualifications, accreditations and relationships with the IMI and/or misuse of IMI documentation.

As an Apprentice you will be included on a Level 3 Business and Administration qualification. Your Qualification will be delivered by an Award Winning Training Provider who will support your learning and development throughout your Apprenticeship. This will involve a Regional Trainer coming to visit you on a regular basis to deliver the training and guide you through your Apprenticeship.
