Twinmar is an established, family owned shoe retailer trading As Sole Trader. We sell premium branded shoes and accessories in our 50 stores across the UK and to Europe, America and Australia through multiple on-line channels. We’re looking for bright, ambitious and enthusiastic individuals with an appetite for learning and who would love working as part of team and who can provide administrative and day-to-day support to ensure the efficient operation of the office at all times.
Duties will include
• Producing and completing “in notes” for goods inwards
• Producing labels for stock
• Producing web orders and downloading to printers
• Labelling shoes in goods inwards
• Dealing with customers returned orders, processing refund etc.
• Dealing with supplier returns – completing all necessary paperwork and arranging returns to manufacturers.
• Scanning of new products to be listed on Amazon
• Scanning bin locations
• Dealing with stock transfer files
• End of day reports
• Scanning in of stock transfers
• Taking product photos to upload to E bay
As an Apprentice you will be included on a Business Administration Qualification, this will involve a Regional Trainer who will visit you on a regular basis, to deliver the training and coach the Apprentice, they will be observing whilst you work.
