Based in Worcestershire, we have a very varied workload that encompasses projects all over the West Midlands and throughout the UK, as well as nationally. With 30 years’ experience, we deliver high-quality results and bespoke designs that reflect and fulfil your needs and aspirations. We aim always to develop the full potential of your space, complementing existing elements with carefully considered additions. For the very best results, we prefer to provide full architectural services from inception to completion of your building. This means we can work closely with you and the construction team to ensure the key ideas in the design are brought to fruition. However, we are also able to provide a partial service should this be appropriate.

Detailed Job Description

Duties and responsibilities

  • Building Surveying
  • Revit & AutoCAD work
  • Detailed Design Drawings
  • General Office Duties
  • Product Research
  • Site Inspections & Visits

Working hours will be 9:00 – 17:30 (1 Hour Lunch) Monday to Friday.

Requirements and Prospects

Qualifications required

A(7) -C (4) GCSE or Equivalent in Maths, English, Science.

Any Design Subject (e.g. Graphic Design, Art, Design Technologies, Product Design) - Desirable

Previous IT & CAD Experience Preferable, but not necessary as training will be provided.

  • An eye for detail
  • An interest in CAD and Technical Drawing

Training provided

BTEC Level 3 Construction Management

(1 day a week based in South & City College Birmingham - Bordesley Green Campus)

The pay for this role will be National Minimum Wage for your age, Full Driving license and Car is Disirable
