Description
We are looking for a kitchen apprentice to join our team.
The successful candidate must have a keen interest in food, be willing to work hard and be able to work as part of a team whilst keeping within the companies required high standards.
Duties involve:
Assisting the Chef with food preparations for service,
Preparing and serving food orders,
Completing daily kitchen cleaning tasks maintain a high level of hygiene,
Adhere to all health and safety laws and licensing laws,
Apprenticeship Highlights:
You will gain a nationally recognised qualification in Level 2 Hospitality Team Member (specialising in Food Production).
Full support with training and development will be provided to prepare the candidate for the next step in their culinary career.
The role of An Apprentice Kitchen Assistant is to provide support to the kitchen team in food preparation and cooking for breakfast, a la carte, events and other services. You will receive onsite training with an award winning training provider. Learn life skills

As an Apprentice you will be included on a Hospitality Team Member Apprenticeship. Your qualification will be delivered by an award winning training provider who will support your learning and development throughout your Apprenticeship. This will involve a Regional Trainer coming to visit you on a monthly basis to deliver the training and guide you through your Apprenticeship.

Academic equivalent to 5 GCSE passes Component partsl Level 2 Standardl Functional Skills Level 1 - Mathematics and English (with an opportunity to work towards Level 2)l End Point Assessment
