4 Seasons are looking for keen and eager staff, who have a passion for being involved in the Hospitality industry. This is for someone who wants to gain skills and experiences, working with a great team.
Duties will include
Set up for all meals (breakfast, lunch, dinnerFood Service Beverage Service (Hot and Cold)Attend Food Health & Safety courses
Clearing tables/restaurant after service Manage bookings for restaurants
Provide high Levels of customer service
Training to be provided
As part of this role you will complete a level 2 apprenticeship.
A Level 2 Food and Beverage Team Member apprentice will be able to work as part of a team to ensure that every customer feels welcomed and looked after using skills Customer Service skills.
These skills include:
recognising customer needs; and knowing how to match them to the products or services of the business.
The qualification will involve a Regional Trainer who will visit you on a regular basis, to deliver the training and coach the Apprentice and will be observing whilst you work.On completion, the apprentice will be able to demonstrate competence as a Hospitality Team Member covering the most up-to-date working practices.

Level 2 Hospitality Team Member
(Specialisms include:Food & Beverage.Level 2 Apprenticeshipl 12-14 months depending on the standard plus 2 months for the End Point Assessment Supports the apprentice in gaining the necessary skills, behaviours and knowledge necessary to be competent in their job role.
Academic equivalent to 5 GCSE passesComponent partsl Level 2 Standardl Functional Skills Level 1 - Mathematics and English (with an opportunity to work towards Level 2)l End Point Assessment
