Description
Reports to Managing Director.
Mentoring: A mentor will be appointed from our team once the apprentice has been identified.
Day to day Duties:
The intended duties for the apprentice once the apprentice has been identified:
- Maintenance and improvement of company website including SEO and content
- Use of social media to increase awareness of Partech
- Being the day to day point of contact external consultants and internal sales and design teams for marketing matters.
- Management of image library - stills and video with an aim to improve accessibility of all technical and sales content.
- Planning and roll out of exhibition stands, including trade show attendance in the UK and potentially overseas.
- Creation of sales literature and wider marketing communications.
- Analysis of email, website and social media statistics to provide sales team with leads and marketing intelligence.
- Liaison with distributors to help them extend Partech’s brand awareness in markets around the world.

Desirable:
- High standard of computer literacy including use of Photoshop or equivalent software.
- Excellent written communication skills, with the ability to construct a story from basic fact.
- High degree of attention to detail.
- Ability to analyse data, see patterns and to generate information from statistics.

End Assessment: Apprentices will collate a portfolio of evidence from work projects. Once this portfolio demonstrates all requirements of the programme they will complete the end point assessment. This must be a minimum of 12 months after the start of the programme.
The end point assessment is made up of the following elements:
- Project - giving the apprentice the opportunity to undertake a business-related project over a one-week period away from the day to day workplace.
- An employer reference.
- A structured interview with an assessor - exploring what has been produced in the portfolio and the project as well as looking at how it has been produced.

After a successful completion of apprenticeship, there is a possibility of a full time position with the company. It is anticipated that this role will grow with the employee, evolving to take control of the marketing budget and contribution to the development of new products and services. There is the potential for UK and overseas travel.
Salary review after 6 months and then in line with rest of compnay every Feb/March. Fully auto-enrolment compliant pension scheme.
