RioMed require an IT Administration Assistant for their IT and Customer Service Departments. You will be required to liaise with teams spanning three continents, handling a variety of IT and administrative tasks as you develop essential service skills within this role. You will be mentored to be first line support to our customers, working with them to trouble shoot and resolve IT issues.
