Detailed Job Description

The Social Media Manager at Byrogue is a highly motivated, creative individual with experience and a passion for connecting with current and future customers.

That passion comes through as she engages with customers on a daily basis, with the ultimate goal of turning fans into customers.

We are looking for an apprentice to match! Fashion Community leadership and participation (both online and offline) are integral to a Social Media Manager’s success.

An essential component is communicating the company’s brand in a positive, authentic way what will attract today’s modern, hyper-connected buyers.

The Social Media Assistant is instrumental in managing Byrogue’s content-related assets. We have 12k on Instagram.

We look to improve our reach and numbers and create consistent exciting content in-house.

Content management duties include:

Administrate the creation and publishing of relevant, original, high-quality content. ·

Working alongside the Social media content

Creator to plan and execute engaging relevant fashion, design, art and entertainment content.

Working alongside the design and buying teams to create relevant content for our collections. ·

Weekly meetings and brainstorming sessions ·

Identify and improve organizational development aspects that would improve content (ie: employee training, recognition and rewards for participation in the company’s marketing and online review building). ·

Create a regular publishing schedule. ·

Leverage the right tools to manage your content.

Implement a content editorial calendar to manage content and plan specific, timely marketing campaigns. ·

Promote content through social advertising. You will administer the company’s social media marketing and advertising.

Administration includes but is not limited to: ·

Deliberate planning and goal setting ·

Development of brand awareness and online reputation ·

Content management ·

SEO (search engine optimization) and generation of inbound traffic ·

Cultivation of leads and sales

Training provided

Full on-the-job training and support will be provided to enable the successful applicant to undertake the full range of duties required of the role. All apprentices are required to complete and evidence 20% of the job learning whilst on their apprenticeship.

  • In addition, the apprenticeship will be delivered primarily on our online platform, Babington Online and you will receive full support from our dedicated team of Training Advisors via workshops, webinars and regularly scheduled reviews, conducted by Skype and/or Phone.
  • Our Digital Marketer Level 3 Programme consists of the following:
  • Digital Marketer Level 3 Standard
  • Functional Skills in Literacy and Numeracy Level 2
  • End-point Assessment conducted by an external provider (Portfolio, Project and Structured Interview) The end-point assessment is designed to enable apprentices to demonstrate that they are fully conversant in the skills knowledge and behaviours expected of individuals at this level.
  • It is designed to provide assessors with a holistic view of the apprentice, and to allow them to assess to what extent the apprentice meets or exceeds the apprenticeship standard.
