Description
Better Healthcare is a leading care company with a network of regional branches, we are looking for an Apprentice Recruitment Administrator to join our busy Bedford Branch.
This is a busy role where you will be exposed to lots of different aspects in the office environment as well as gaining good experience to the administrative side of the Care Sector – this is an excellent opportunity to gain lots of skills quickly and we will help you with NVQ qualifications through an appointed apprentice company.
You will support the office with all aspects of business administration including payroll.
A summary of the role is as follows:
Confirming care workers shifts and updating on our system Undertake the payroll weekly and related tasks.
Liaising with our new care workers with regards to registration and chasing up their compliance documents.
Building a relationship with our existing care workers Arranging the annual training and appraisals General Admin tasks.
As an Apprentice you will be included on an Administration Qualification. Your Qualification will be delivered by an Award Winning Training Provider who will support your learning and development throughout your Apprenticeship. This will involve a Regional Trainer coming to visit you on a regular basis to deliver the training and guide you through your Apprenticeship.

GCSES Maths, English and ICT Grades A-C or 4 and above preferable.
Level 2 Apprenticeship Business Administration
Each framework includes a diploma/certificate which shows the practical skills, a technical certificate to confirm the knowledge and understanding and Functional Skills in Maths and English.
You will be assessed throughout the apprenticeship and complete the qualification based on the competencies within your job role.
You will be assessed by a combination of observations, professional discussion, question and answer sessions and self-study which is required to confirm your knowledge and understanding of the career route you have chosen.
