Description

Hertzian is looking for confident self-driven individuals, who are willing to learn. You will be expected to do your own research on tasks, with the help of your mentors when appropriate. We expect a high level of commitment to work and professionalism. Hertzian is made up of a team of less than 10 members of staff. As such you will be integrated closely with the team. You will be invited to attend Hertzian events and extracurricular activities hosted. You will report to your line manager Christopher Weavill who is Co-founder and Chief Operations Officer. However, you will be answerable to any of your senior directors within the business. Your duties may include:

  • Customer support.
  • Installing new processes and procedures.
  • Various administration tasks.
  • Assisting managing client projects.
  • Assistance in the production of performance analysis and data.

Working days are Monday to Friday 9am -5pm. Apprenticeship wages start at £5.50 but dependent on age & experience. There will be salary reviews Hertzian does operate a pension scheme which you can Opt out of. Truro Innovation Centre Travel requirements to Truro for 9am start.
