Interested in working in the Hospitality industry? This vacancy will give you the opportunity to learn all aspects of hospitality service and how to work effectively in this industry.
- Preparing café tea room style menu from 9.30am
- 90% kitchen based 10% front of house
- Lot of dishes are pre-prepared
- Opportunities to try out new dishes on Specials Board
- General daily and weekly clean downs
- Helping with functions: weddings, conferences, buffets, banquets
- Will be introduced to stock control and ordering

We are looking for an individual with:
- A high level of customer service skill
- With an interest in the hospitality sector
- You must be prepared to learn
- Be hardworking and posses an excellent telephone manner
4 GCSE’s at Grades A-D, or equivalent.
Must attain a Level 1 on the initial assessment at College.

A full time position will be available upon completion of apprenticeship.
