Description

To assist the Head Chef or Duty Head Chef with all aspects of food preparation and service.

To take responsibility for starters and sweets.

The ability to take instruction and work in a pressured environment.

A passion for great food presentation and a willingness to discuss new ideas.

To work as part of a strong team with a can-do attitude.

A desire to learn and progress in the business.

Excellent hygiene standards and personal appearance.

A basic starting wage of £3.70 per hour increasing with responsibility, diligence and hard work.

The wage will step up monthly according to what you put in.

We are looking for an individual with a passion for cooking fresh food who is creative, hardworking, can take instruction and is prepared to learn.

4 GCSE’s at Grades A-D, or equivalent.

Must attain a Level 1 on the initial assessment at College.

NVQ Level 2 Professional Cookery

Technical Certificate Level 2 in Professional Cookery

Functional Skills Level 1 in English and Maths
