Description
To provide a service and support to the Dealership Sales department, organise work within the administrative function to achieve the highest level of accuracy. You will also be expected to assist in customer-facing areas to ensure the image of the dealership is maintained.
Finance & Accounting
- To ensure accurate and complete processing and recording in all accounts and administrative matters.
- To account for and properly analyse all cash receipts and payments.
- To ensure that accounting and administrative records are accurately maintained, updated daily and a control system.
- To be fully aware of the petty cash handling and credit procedures and to report any discrepancies to your Line Manager immediately.
Customer Service & Satisfaction
- Ensure that all queries in relation to customer receipts are dealt with promptly and efficiently.
- Ensure that all incoming customer accounts queries and disputes are dealt with expeditiously.
Communication & Interaction
- Maintain effective liaison with Dealership Management and other Administrative Staff.
- Ensure good customer contact.
- Be able to communicate courteously and efficiently with customers on the telephone or in the dealer and respond to their needs.

GCSE Maths and English at grade 4 (C) and above (or equivalent) is desirable but not essential.
Intermediate Apprenticeship in Business and Administration.
This apprenticeship is delivered through work based learning, this means that all training is done at the workplace eliminating the need to attend college. The successful candidate will be allocated an assessor who will visit on site every 4-6 weeks and deliver all of the training to gain the qualification and provide the resources to complete work between visits.
