We are looking for a Business Administration Apprentice to join the Right at Home ops team in their Central London office. Training will be provided by the Operations Director who will also aim to support the apprentice’s long-term career goals and external studies.

Detailed Job Description

Located near: Pimlico underground station, London.

As the Operations Team Assistant your duties will include:

  1. Client documentation – Manage client office files including setting up new client documentation and generating contracts/paperwork for new client assessments.
  2. Rotas – Assist Care Coordinator with client and support worker rotas.
  3. Quality Assurance – Manage timetable and participate in client quality assurance reviews.
  4. Support worker CPD – Manage timetable for CPD, e-learning and training deadlines for each field staff member.
  5. Online care portal – Manage all online client care plans and assessments, including notification to Operations Director when care plan reviews are due.
  6. Recruitment - Assist with initial telephone interviews and booking face-to-face interviews for new support workers.
  7. General ad-hoc administrative support for office/Operations Director including filing and preparing materials for staff meetings/training.
  8. Any other general duties that may arise.

Hours are 8:30 am to 5:30 pm, Mon-Fri.

Requirements and Prospects

Qualifications required

Minimum grade C-A* (or 4-9) in five GCSE, including Maths and English (or Functional Skills level 2 in both).

Skills required

Good knowledge of IT packages e.g Microsoft Office, Google Docs/Sheets etc.

Personal Qualities

Good IT and maths skills/logical thinker would be ideal.

Future prospects

After completing your Business Administration apprenticeship you will be awarded:

A level 3 Business Administration qualification equivalent to 2 A-levels

  1. Training on the 18 months, Business Administration advanced level Standard.
