Carry out office duties such as answering the telephone, taking messages, responding to queries via email, filing and photocopying.
Key duties to involve:
Once more experienced in the role and company and once familiar with the business there is the opportunity to progress within the role to take on more responsibility and ownership of work, in particular within the sales area of the business.
There is a lot of customer contact via the telephone therefore it is essential that you are a confident communicator.
GCSE grade C or above in Maths and English is required due to the technical nature of the role.
After successfully completing the apprenticeship programme, there is the possibility that you will be offered a full time position and opportunity to further progress within the company, subject to satisfactory performance.
