Personal Assistant/Accounts apprentice required!

We are currently looking for a dynamic individual to assist in the day-to-day running of the business. There are two main elements of this role; Accounts and Personal Assistant.With regards to the Accounts side of things, you will be responsible for creating, raising and sending invoices, along with ensuring that our clients pay on time, and chasing (via telephone and email) any late payers to ensure that invoices are settled.Responsibilities (Accounts)InvoicingCredit Control The Personal Assistant element of this role is to assist both the Managing Director and Head of Sales & Marketing with the day to day running of the business.Responsibilities (Personal Assistant)Personal Assistant to Managing Director and Head of Sales & Marketing.Taking notes during meetings when needed.Answering the phones, taking messages and details of sales enquiries.Inputting sales enquiries into the CRM.Putting together proposal templates for Head of Sales & Marketing.Collating information from various teams to put together the monthly Management Information pack.Admin, putting notes into CRM as and when required.Greeting clients.

Requirements and Prospects

Qualifications required

GCSE C+

Skills required

Great organisation skillsTenacity to chase outstanding payments on invoicesA good understanding of Office, primarily; Word, Excel and PowerPointA good understanding of written English & MathsThe ability to learn quickly and retain information

Personal Qualities

Well-spoken, Good Phone MannerGood listening and note taking skillsPunctual

Training provided

City and Guilds full standard level 2 & 3 QCF apprenticeship, including Functional Skills (Numeracy and Literacy) and full Technical Certificate, employer and employee rights and responsibilities, personal learning and thinking. All training and assessments delivered on employer site
