Description
This is a key position and a positive, enthusiastic and helpful attitude combined with the flexibility and willingness to undertake a wide range of tasks is essential. In return the role offers the opportunity to become fully involved in the company and the possibility for the right person to take on higher level work in relation to marketing and finance.
Duties include:
- Emailing and dealing with incoming emails
- Property management – (arranging inspection and visiting properties, dealing with property Maintenance issues)
- Taking phone calls, booking appointments
- Attending meetings and taking notes
- Using a variety of software packages such as, Microsoft Office, Outlook, PC Homes – maintaining records & documents
- Filing & storing paperwork – Manually & Electronically
- Arranging Property Inspection
- Analysing market data
- General Admin duties – photocopying, scanning etc
- Meeting & Greeting clients and being the first point of contact
- Maintaining database of clients and deals
- Assisting with the production of marketing material
- Maintaining stock of Stationary
- Dealing with incoming and outgoing post
- Keeping Outlook Diary for booking meetings
- Preparing client invoices
- Ensuring all client details are correctly entered and maintained on the in-house system

Maths and English at Grade 4 (C) (or equivalent) and above desirable although not essential.
Level 3 Business Administrator Apprenticeship Standard.
This apprenticeship is delivered through work based learning, this means that all training is done at the workplace eliminating the need to attend college. The successful candidate will be allocated an assessor who will visit on site every 4-6 weeks and deliver all of the training to gain the qualification and provide the resources to complete work between visits.
