Vertu Motors operates a nationwide chain of franchised motor dealerships offering sale, servicing, parts and bodyshop facilities for new and used car and commercial vehicles. The group operates many of its dealerships as Bristol Street Motors, they are the 5th largest retailer group in the UK with over 125 dealerships and 23 franchises.
As an Apprentice Administrator what will I be doing?
You will be part of a professional centralised service contact team handling outbound and inbound Service Plan enquiries for existing and prospective customers.
Key Responsibilities
- Processing and printing of all Service Plans Sold
- Processing all transfers and posting out new paper work
- Processing cancellations
- Check and update existing data
- Create or amend customer records maintain the minimum requirements of data
- Deliver unrivalled levels of Customer Satisfaction
- Post duties
- Replenishing documents stationary, printer cartridges etc
- Be a flexible team player and be available to suit business hours
- Carry out admin duties as necessary
- Overcome any objections and any customer concerns
- Maintain Vertu Motors vision
- Adhere to Company policy on working standards within the workplace
- Adhere to health and safety policy
- Identify own training needs and participate in development activities as required
- Communicate timely and effectively with all customers and colleagues in a polite and courteous manner
- Ensure the highest level of customer satisfaction
- Handle all telephone calls, whether internal or external, in a professional manner and as per company procedures
- Develop good working relationship with all colleagues
- Ensure at all times that personal behaviour is consistent with the Vertu Values and an ambassadorial role
- Share all appropriate information in an open and honest way
- Make effective use of time, prioritising where necessary and always seeking to solve problems and add value
- Continue to develop own skills, knowledge and experience.

English and Maths GCSE Grade 4-9 (A*-C) desirable but will consider candidates with lower grades.
Intermediate Apprenticeship in Business and Administration.
This apprenticeship is delivered through work based learning, this means that all training is done at the workplace eliminating the need to attend college. The successful candidate will be allocated an assessor who will visit on site every 4-6 weeks and deliver all of the training to gain the qualification and provide the resources to complete work between visits.
