Description
Learn and understand a structured approach to lead generation and prospect follow up from the digital sales manager to interact daily with potential new customers.
Help generate new business from digital offers through inbound and outbound telephone contact.
Research and understand contract hire to meet key performance indicators in the contact centre environment.
Help organise social media offers and online presence.
Learn and prepare reports of sales activity weekly to management.
Complete FCA compliance to be able to discuss insurance products with customers also.
Assist with competitor information for up to date marketing approaches.
Cultivate good team relationships to promote the brand and team objectives daily.
Accurately record all data discussed with customers in order to ensure an efficient service is received.

Excellent communication and relationship building ability.

Able to work with data input, internal systems and use IT packages such as Microsoft office.
Good numerical skills would be beneficial.
Maths and English A-C GCSE or equivalent is required.
Level 2 Certificate Sales Apprenticeship
