1. Job Summary
1.1. To provide efficient administration support to Employer Engagement Consultants in the Vocational Training Team
1.2. To undertake other business administration duties to support the work of the wider Apprenticeships Team in the Directorate.
1.3. To diligently acquire and apply the knowledge and skills taught on the apprenticeship to the job role.
2. Organisational Relationships
2.1. Reports to Assistant Director
3. Main Duties
3.1. To manage the employer engagement teams inbox and deal with employer/learner enquiries effectively
3.2. To provide support to the Employer Engagement Consultants posting and managing job adverts using a range of platforms
3.3. To support the EEC in managing job applicants and arranging interviews with the employer
3.4. To support the EEC with completion of regular updates to the starts tracker
3.5. To take responsibility for ensuring all EEC compliance paperwork records are maintained
3.6. To take responsibility for ensuring employer H&S checklist paperwork is current and advising when updates are required
3.7. To deal with all filing and archiving as necessary.
3.8. To type letters, reports and undertake photocopying as required to a high and accurate standard.
3.9. To undertake both Fire Marshall and Health and Safety training.
3.10. To undertake other tasks as needed by the Vocational Training Team as long as these do not interfere with the main duties as outlined above.
