We boast excellent facilities including refurbished stables, 20 x 60 Rubber arena with training mirrors, additional indoor and outdoor arena’s, full set of show jumps, sand gallops, 100 Acres of unrivaled and well maintained all year round grazing, post & rail fencing, on site shows, clinics, tuition & schooling. Experienced, friendly and helpful staff delivering 5* care, Secure site, fully alarmed with CCTV, on-site lorry and trailer parking, schooling, tuition and exercising available, top quality Hay, Feed and Bedding supplied.

General duties to include;

  • Mucking out
  • Turning out/bringing in
  • Tack cleaning
  • Tacking up
  • Feeding
  • Filling hay nets
  • Clipping/pulling/plaiting/trimming
  • Bathing
  • Rug changing
  • Paddock maintenance
  • Schooling
  • Riding
  • First aid
  • Exercising horses from the ground (lunging, horse walker, long reining, pessoa training etc.)
  • Holding for vet/farrier/dentist

Some experience with horses would be beneficial. Please include all experience within application form. Blank application forms will not be considered.
Must be able to work towards Level 1 or higher in Functional Skills maths and English
Full training provided through the equine apprenticeship supported by Haddon Training
Successful candidate will be bright and enthusiastic to learn and progress within the equine industry
Possibility of Level 3 Horse Care Apprenticeship on completion of Level 2
