- Reporting to the Admin Manager
- Working within a busy Administration office
- Effectively manage sale orders to ensure that the service provided meets the high levels of performance required by the customer
- Main duties include booking in Imports, generating picks, despatching, returns, and POD’s
- Maintain effective relationships with the customer, the team and other functions to ensure excellent customer service is achieved.
- Investigate and maintain stock records
- Ensure that Key Performance Indicators (KPI’s) are met and where possible exceeded, whilst supporting, implementing and introducing innovative ideas and solutions.

- The ability to be able to use all standard office packages with a preference to Excel table creation. Full training will be given on other IT systems.
Minimum of 5 GCSEs A*-C including Maths, Science and English or equivalent qualifications.
As a Business Administration Apprentice with BPP, you will undertake the Business Administrator Level 3 Advanced Apprenticeship.
The apprenticeship will be delivered through a blend of live online learning, pre-recorded lectures, and face to face inductions and masterclasses.

- Ability to manage and succeed in a very demanding environment.
- Ability to prioritise and manage workloads in busy periods.
- Flexible with working hours, need to be able to cover shifts from 6am until 10pm in peak times.
This will be a temporary apprentice but will be reviewed the end of the 2 years. However with the growth and continued success of the business it will be possible to turn into a permanent role.
