A great opportunity for an apprentice Business Administrator to join a busy team. The apprentice admin support assistant role will primarily act as an office administrator for the sales/accounts and purchasing teams within the company.

Supplies range from small website orders through to large projects – such as the hoist systems installed in the Liverpool ACC Arena, and Manchester Central. Detailed Job Description

Duties will include: ·

  • Answering Calls, distributing calls and messages as required
  • General office Work
  • Add Customers /Suppliers to the sage database Getting Carrier Quotes / Arranging Carriers
  • Filing
  • Check & Distribute Inbound Faxes
  • Process any orders from on line buying sites
  • Admin Duties for the management team
  • Add New Products & Web Details to Sage
  • Assist the sales and management team with the daily administration duties required in a busy office

Requirements and Prospects

Qualifications required

Good standard of Maths & English or equivalent

Skills required

  • You will have a friendly,
  • professional manner
  • General Microsoft Office skills, and experience of Sage Line 50 would be desirable although not a necessity as full training will be given.
  • Any previous office experience would be a clear advantage for this position.

  • Be able to listen to instructions
  • Be interested in administration
  • Be organised and methodical
