Key Responsibilities of the Role include:
Provide assistance with a range of Administrative activities within the department; thus, ensuring effective and efficient delivery of the optimum product in line with business strategy.
Maintain a high quality and consistent approach of employee details, held in either manual or computer based records and integrity of all personal information contained within the relevant systems.
Ensuring GDPR regulations are adhered to at all times.
Administer the HR documents, including application forms, starter packs, terms of employment updates, handbook updates, training documents, etc.
Assist with various activities, including, Reception on occasions.
Perform filing, scanning duties, posting updates on our social media including Facebook and TwitterPerform duties associated with the correct receipt, despatch and recording of mail and courier transactions etc.
Establish and maintain effective and positive relationships with guests, organisers and colleagues, encouraging discussion and feedback, which will benefit the business.
Ensure regular and effective communication channels, which correctly inform staff of all relevant business, related matters, including regular team briefings etc. and receive feedback for the area of their responsibility.
Participate actively in departmental training, cross-training and personal development initiatives.
Perform any other duties/projects as required by any member of the Management team.
As an Apprentice you will be included on a Business Administration Apprenticeship. Your qualification will be delivered by an Award Winning Training Provider who will support your learning and development throughout your Apprenticeship. This will involve a Regional Trainer coming to visit you on a regular basis to deliver the training and guide you through your Apprenticeship.
