They have an opening for a Customer Service apprentice to join the team to deal with external enquiries from clients.
Duties will include:
• Dealing with incoming calls
• Making outgoing calls
• Dealing with customer enquiries
• Making Quotes for employers
• Dealing with Orders
On the job training will be provided and all company policies must be followed.
This is a very busy environment so the right candidate will be able to deal with this and manage their time accordingly
As an Apprentice you will complete a Customer Service Qualification, which will include support from your own Vocational Learning Advisor who will visit you on a regular basis, to deliver the training and coaching to the Apprentice

Level 2 Customer Service Apprenticeship
Each framework includes a diploma/certificate which shows the practical skills, a technical certificate to confirm the knowledge and understanding and Functional Skills in Maths and English.
You will be assessed throughout the apprenticeship and complete the qualification based on the competencies within your job role.
You will be assessed by a combination of observations, professional discussion, question and answer sessions and self-study which is required to confirm your knowledge and understanding of the career route you have chosen.
