Description
Full training and support will be given for the successful candidate to competently complete the below tasks.
- Assist with sales of commercial vehicles and associated products both over the phone and face to face with customers
- Carry out sales and handover processes
- Work productively and effectively within a team
- Build effective relationships internally and externally
- To actively record all customer data
- To attain training on a regular basis to maintain product knowledge
- Assist with the presentation of the vehicles both on the arrival of the vehicle and before the sale
- Assist with the advertising, social media and marketing of the vehicles
- Monitor and report on selected advertising channels
- Research and investigate new ideas or developments in technology which could make tasks and procedures more efficient

Full clean Driving licence.
Intermediate Apprenticeship in Customer Service.
This apprenticeship is delivered through work based learning, this means that all training is done at the workplace eliminating the need to attend college. The successful candidate will be allocated an assessor who will visit on site every 4-6 weeks and deliver all of the training to gain the qualification and provide the resources to complete work between visits.

This apprenticeship may involve working weekends and working in the evenings. This is agreed locally on a rota basis. It will be hard work but it is a great environment to work in. It offers opportunities for reward and progression.
