Verve People are looking for a willing and friendly apprentice to join their team providing excellent customer service to the public as well as administrative support to the office.
As an administration apprentice, you will be involved with the daily running of the office.
Use of the telephone and emails
Handling mail Meeting and greeting clients
Prepare written responses to routine enquiries
Carrying out general admin duties to include filing, typing, photocopying and scanning.
Processing incoming correspondence.
This role is a hospitality based role within the office.
As an Apprentice you will be included on a Business Administration Qualification, this will involve a Regional Trainer who will visit you on a regular basis to deliver the training, coach you, as well as observing you whilst you work.
