Holiday Inn Express (warwick)
Description
Holiday Inn Express Warwick – Stratford upon Avon is looking for a great team player to join their front of house team. You’ll be known as a Guest Service Assistant (GSA) and you may be the first person a guest encounters at our hotel so you’ll need to be friendly, professional and confident. You’ll be the person a guest turns to if they have any concerns or complaints and you’ll be empowered to make things right.
GSAs are the beating heart of our hotel and get involved in everything from serving at the bar, preparing breakfast and taking reservations, to ensuring our housekeeping and maintenance teams are aware of any issues, so you’ll be great at juggling tasks and turning your hand to many different things.
Being a GSA means being the person who makes our guests feel welcomed and pleased with their choice of accommodation. It means taking and showing pride in your hotel and delivering a great guest experience consistently.
We’re looking for individuals who can really shine in a busy setting, who are comfortable and confident in meeting and engaging with new people and who have a passion for great customer service. Practices and processes can be taught, but pzazz is what comes naturally to our GSAs and is what makes them special.
