You’ll be the person a guest turns to if they have any concerns or complaints and you’ll be empowered to make things right.
GSAs are the beating heart of our hotel and get involved in everything from serving at the bar, preparing breakfast and taking reservations, to ensuring our housekeeping and maintenance teams are aware of any issues, so you’ll be great at juggling tasks and turning your hand to many different things.
