The Administration Apprentice role will support a team of trainers and operations team, working with clients across the UK, Europe, America and Asia. You'll provide general administration support and you will develope a wide range of additional skills.
Smallpeice Enterprises provide professional training solutions in business improvement, engineering and management skills. A busy schedule of open enrolment courses takes place at our centre in Leamington Spa, and in-company programmes are delivered at global locations for a bluechip client base including BMW, Rolls-Royce, Dyson, HSBC, Jaguar, Land Rover, Bentley and Marks & Spencer.

The working hours for an apprentice are 7.45 am to 3.45 pm. On completion of the 12 month apprenticeship program, depending on performace, you may be offered a full time role with Smallpeice Enterprises.
This role is office based and involves continual use of a wide variety of computer systems. The employee will also be required to work in a Reception environment (taking phone calls/receiving visitors) and to oversee the tea/coffee lounge facilities used by delegates throughout the day.
