Detailed Job Description

KMUK stock processing governance in order to ensure system integrity, identifying waste streams, and advising solutions and preventative action, resulting in minimising financial exposure due to poor stock control. · Assist the Stock Process Manager in training and supporting the operational sites. Develop and manage the SAP knowledge with regards to stock management across the business.

  • Provide regular reports to the relevant department’s i.e. Dog stock, slow & non-moving stock, etc
  • Support other non-operational departments – Sales, Finance, IT, Business development, in processes relating to stock management and movement
  • Support the Stock Process Manager in administrative related duties including reporting, updating records, compiling presentations, data and spreadsheets
  • Develop and implement new KMUK policies and best practice.

Requirements and Prospects

Qualifications required

GCSE English Language and Maths: Grade 4 ( C ) or higher

Progression within the stock / inventory control department to fully fledged inventory controller, administrator, Operations Manager or other opportunities.

  • Functional skills Maths level 2 (if applicable)
  • Functional skills English level 2 (if applicable)

In addition to the Apprenticeship and associated qualification, there will be on the job training, a corporate induction programme and internal courses ran by the training team.

Based at Peartree Lane, Dudley, DY2 9AD (OR Valley Farm Road, Stourton Leeds, LS10 1SD (Can be base at either site depending on the best candidate)
