Communication skills by listening to customers, engaging and building a rapport with your team and by dealing with challenging people and situations
Experience of working under pressure including managing a workload at busy times
Building a commercial awareness and the experience of working in a commercial environment as well as becoming the best you can in your area of expertise
Working with regulations such as health & safety, auditing, and making sure that colleagues understand them
You will need to be able to demonstrate great leadership skills and the ability to build a high performing team in order to control, develop and improve all aspects of the kitchen including: P&L, yields, people, standards, legal compliance, service and brand integrity.

As an Apprentice you will be included on a Hospitality qualification. Your qualification will be delivered by an Award Winning Training Provider who will support your learning and development throughout your Apprenticeship.
This will involve a Vocational Learning Advisor coming to visit you on a regular basis to deliver the training and guide you through your Apprenticeship.
