Description

You will report to the Bakery Manager and will work around 30 hours in our bakery on day and night shifts. You must be punctual, reliable, have own transport and be a fast worker. Weighing ingredients, preparing products for baking, moulding, oven work, assisting with product cutting and packing.

Over 18’s will also be eligible for £1 extra per hour in between the hours of midnight and 6am.

NB: In addition to the core knowledge, bakers will demonstrate specialist additional skills and knowledge from one of the Craft, In Store and Automated Bakery options. All apprentices must complete the core plus one of the options.

Assessment: A mixture of Practical or Theoretical end point assessments.

  • Passion for bread, hard working and positive attitude
On successful completion of the apprenticeship, there is a possibility of a permanent role.
Working times - (0700 to 15.00) or (15.00 to 23.00) or (20.00 to 0400)
