Description
Reporting to the Depot Manager to begin with the candidate will be introduced to the daily running of a busy fuel depot.
Tasks will include regular depot checks (and the documentation thereof), load printing and customer communication.
Further duties will be assisting the transport manager with tachograph analysis, report printing and vehicle maintenance schedules. Other yard duties will include the training in and the use of forklift and telehandler for the loading and unloading of goods.
Full training and time will be given for the candidate to achieve the relevant qualifications. In time there will be training in all aspects of Mitchell and Webber, accounts, sales and maintenance so that the candidate will be well versed in all operations.

On successful completion of the apprenticeship there is a possibility of a future job role.
There will be a salary review based on performance. There is a company pension that the apprentice can join. The working times are: 8am till 5pm with the view to moving onto a shift system.
